External Transmission Policy

This Policy explains communications from the PittoPalette website to external services. It does not describe user-selected network access inside scripts: PittoPalette has no network entitlement and does not make those communications itself.

Cloudflare

• When: whenever you request a page or asset from this Site.
• Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc. and its group companies acting as the Site’s hosting, content-delivery, routing, and security provider.
• Information: IP address, access date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, HTTP headers, routing information, and security signals. Strictly necessary security cookies may also be used.
• Purpose: deliver the requested content, balance traffic, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect the Site.
• Choice: you can stop future transmission by leaving the Site. Browser controls may block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary security cookies can affect access.

Google Forms and Google Workspace

• When: only when you voluntarily open the feedback form or contact the support email. The App does not submit information automatically.
• Recipient: Google LLC and its group companies as the Operator’s form and email provider.
• Information: information your browser and Google ordinarily process to open the service; form category, message, environment details, and optional email address you enter; or email address, headers, subject, message, and attachments you send.
• Purpose: display and operate the form or email service, receive your inquiry, reply when needed, investigate defects, and improve support and the product.
• Choice: opening or submitting the form is optional. You may instead use email, and you may stop before submission. Email is also optional, but the Operator cannot reply without receiving the message.

Google Privacy Policy

Google Analytics 4

• When: only after you select “Allow analytics” on this Site. The Google tag is not requested before consent, and declining leaves every Site feature available.
• Recipient: Google LLC and its group companies as the provider of Google Analytics 4.
• Information: page URL and title, referrer, access time, browser and device characteristics, language, screen information, approximate location derived from the IP address, a random client identifier stored in first-party _ga cookies, page views, scrolls, outbound-link clicks, file downloads, and purpose-specific events for App Store and feedback-link clicks. Form contents, email addresses, account identifiers, and User-ID are not sent.
• Purpose: produce aggregated statistics about Site visits, acquisition channels, and interactions so the Operator can understand and improve the Site. Google processes the information to provide and protect the Analytics service under its published terms.
• Choice: you can allow or decline analytics in the consent notice and change the choice later through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Declining prevents the tag from loading. Withdrawing consent stops future collection, removes accessible Analytics cookies, and reloads the page without the tag.
• Storage: the allow-or-decline choice remains only in local browser storage for 180 days. Analytics cookies expire no later than 395 days after first consent and are not extended on later page loads. User-level and event-level Analytics data is configured for deletion after 14 months; standard aggregated reports are not governed by this setting.

Services not currently installed

The Site does not install or activate Google Tag Manager, advertising tags, marketing pixels, Google Signals, advertising personalization, or marketing cookies. This Policy and the Privacy Policy will be updated before any material expansion of the tags, information, recipients, or purposes described above.

Changes

The destinations, information, purposes, and available choices will be updated here before a material change to external transmission is activated.
