PittoPalette is distributed through the Mac App Store. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the App in all countries and regions where it is made available.
No custom EULA
The Operator does not register a Custom EULA for PittoPalette. This page is an informational link to Apple’s agreement. It does not replace, amend, translate, expand, or restrict the Apple Standard EULA.
If this page and Apple’s agreement differ, Apple’s agreement controls. The terms governing App Store purchases, billing, refunds, and use of Apple services are also provided by Apple.
User-authored content and commands
PittoPalette lets you create and locally execute your own command items. You remain responsible for the content and commands you create and for ensuring that you have permission to use any files, text, images, or scripts you add. The App does not download executable code or provide remotely supplied scripts.
